1 Services
EduLife provides online tutoring services including live 1-on-1 sessions, small group classes, workshops, course access, and MCQ practice tests — currently specialising in Economics and Business education.
2 Session Policy
All regular sessions include the following at no additional charge:
Terms & Conditions
Personalised Learning: For 1-on-1 sessions, the class is exclusive to your child and tailored entirely to their needs — whether focusing on concepts, exam practice, or both.
Flexible Scheduling: Sessions can be scheduled at any time according to available slots. No fixed day or time commitment is required.
Choice of Duration: Minimum session time is 1 hour, with the option to book 1.5 hours or 2 hours per session.
Learning Mode: Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online. The mode can be changed with prior notice.
Parent Communication: Ritika remains available to discuss student progress with parents, address concerns, and provide guidance on exam preparation strategies.
Fee Structure: Fees are charged in blocks of 20 sessions (60 minutes each). No additional material or checking charges apply for regular session enrolment.
3 Session Bundles
Sessions are sold in bundles. Unused sessions expire 12 months from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, subject to the Refund Policy in Section 6.
4 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24+ Hours Notice
No cancellation fee will apply. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will not deduct a session credit.
Less Than 24 Hours
50% of the session fee will be charged. Late cancellations may result in a session credit deduction.
5 Refund Policy
Refunds for unused sessions may be requested and, subject to prior approval from EduLife, will be processed with a 10% deduction to cover administrative and related charges.
6 Payments
All payments are processed securely and are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). EduLife does not store card details.
7 User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. Sharing account credentials or attempting to access others' accounts is strictly prohibited.
8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
