1 Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, and Google account profile picture when you sign in with Google. We also store session booking data, test attempt records, and payment information needed to deliver our tutoring services.

2 How We Use Your Data

→ Provide tutoring and educational services

→ Track your learning progress and session history

→ Process payments and generate invoices

→ Send service-related notifications (low session balance alerts, booking confirmations)

→ Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress

3 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use third-party services to operate the platform — including Google OAuth for authentication and payment processors for transactions. These third parties have their own privacy policies and are responsible for their data practices.

4 Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data.

• Use the "Download My Data" feature in your student profile to export your data.

• Use the "Delete My Account" feature to request account deletion.

• Email support@edulife.sg for any data-related requests.

5 Data Retention

We retain financial records for 7 years as required by Singapore law. Non-financial personal data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request being approved.

6 Cookies & Tracking

EduLife uses session cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
