About EduLife

EduLife is designed to complement and strengthen your child’s academic learning. Lessons follow specific school syllabi and include structured resources, regular homework, detailed feedback, and exam-focused guidance to help students track progress, close learning gaps, and improve results.
Currently, EduLife offers Economics and Business support across international curricula. As EduLife grows, additional subjects such as Mathematics and Sciences may be introduced.
Yes. EduLife provides online lessons to students across the globe.
Yes. Lessons are aligned with specific school syllabi so students receive targeted support that complements classroom learning.

Sessions and Learning

Yes. EduLife offers exclusive 1-on-1 sessions. For more details, you can contact support@edulife.sg or WhatsApp +65 98973104.
Once you register, you can book your preferred time slots from your dashboard. After booking, your Google Meet link is sent to your email and can also appear inside My Sessions when available. For the best experience, use Google Chrome or Safari.
No. EduLife provides the necessary teaching materials at no additional cost, tailored to the subject and syllabus. Students can also bring their own school materials if they wish.
Session durations typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, and in some cases up to 2 hours. Different booking options are available on the platform.
Yes. EduLife supports regular lessons with flexible scheduling, so students can choose the frequency and time slots that fit their timetable.
You will need a laptop, tablet, or iPad with a stable Wi‑Fi connection. A headset with a microphone is recommended for better audio quality.
Yes. Time-slot changes can be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to tutor availability.
Students can send photos or PDFs of their homework via WhatsApp to +65 98973104.

Parents and Support

Yes. Parents are welcome to contact EduLife on WhatsApp at +65 98973104 to discuss their child’s progress. Lesson plans are customized around weaknesses and knowledge gaps.
Yes. Tutor profile and teaching experience details are available on the EduLife website so families can review the academic background and expertise clearly.
Yes. Please sign up with a unique email address for each child so each student has a separate dashboard and booking history.

Pricing and Payments

Lesson fees depend on the student’s grade and subject. You can view pricing on the website or contact support@edulife.sg / WhatsApp +65 98973104 for guidance.
EduLife accepts major credit cards and bank transfers. Payments can be made through your account by selecting a package, or an invoice can be issued separately. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Please email support@edulife.sg for refund requests. The administrative team usually responds within 24 hours. Refunds are processed for unused sessions, subject to a 10% processing fee, and typically take 10–15 days.
If a lesson cannot proceed because of technical difficulties, EduLife will try to reschedule the session if the issue cannot be resolved immediately. Refunds are generally not provided for technical issues beyond our control.
